Iced Cutout Sugar Cookies

For Cookies: In medium bowl, stir together all cookie ingredients until dough forms. Transfer dough to floured surface. Roll dough to ¼- inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with floured cookie cutters. Place 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-11 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. For Glossy Icing: In small bowl, stir together all icing ingredients until well blended and smooth. If adding food color, starting with a few drops until desired shade is reached.
