Almond Doodles
Almond Doodles are a delightful treat that combines the nutty flavor of almonds with the sweetness of butter and sugar. These cookies have a soft and chewy texture, making them the perfect accompaniment to a cup of tea or coffee.

Krusteaz® Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix (1 pouch each Cookie Mix and Cinnamon-Sugar Topping)
½ cup (1 stick)
Butter or margarine, softened

Egg
2 tbsp
Almond filling OR almond paste
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
STEP 2
In medium bowl, stir together Krusteaz Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix, butter, egg and almond filling until dough forms. Place cinnamon-sugar in separate bowl. For each cookie, scoop 1 rounded tablespoon dough and place in cinnamon-sugar.
STEP 3
Roll dough gently into balls, coating thoroughly with cinnamon-sugar. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
STEP 4
Bake 8-10 minutes.
