Apple Cranberry Cobbler
This delicious Apple Cranberry Cobbler recipe is perfect for fall! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a truly comforting dessert.
STEP 1
Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 13x9-inch pan.
STEP 2
For Filling: Combine apples, cranberries, sugar, ginger, and lemon juice. Spread fruit evenly in bottom of prepared pan. Distribute butter over top of fruit.
STEP 3
For Topping: Combine pancake mix, melted butter, eggs and water until moistened. Drop mixture over fruit.
STEP 4
Bake 35-45 minutes or until top is golden brown and filling is soft and bubbly.
STEP 5
Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired.
