1 pouch Krusteaz Chocolate Cupcake Batter
2 cups Prepared white frosting
1/2 teaspoon Mint extract
4 Chocolate mint sandwich cookies, crushed
8 Chocolate mint sandwich cookies, whole
STEP 1

Heat oven to 375°F. Line a standard muffin pan with liners or lightly grease it.

STEP 2

Cut pouch open at top corner.

STEP 3

Pour the batter into each cup, filling them 2/3's full.

STEP 4

Bake for 18-23 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

STEP 5

Cool completely before frosting.

STEP 6

In a small bowl, stir the prepared white frosting and mint extract together. Pipe or spread the frosting onto the cupcakes.

STEP 7

Sprinkle crushed cookies over the frosting and garnish each cupcake with a whole cookie on top.
