Granola Topped Pancakes
Have yourself a delightful breakfast with our Granola Topped Pancakes recipe. Fluffy pancakes cooked to golden perfection are studded with a generous sprinkle of crunchy granola adding a delightful texture and a hint of wholesome sweetness to every bite.
STEP 1
Preheat griddle to 375°F (medium heat). Lightly grease.
STEP 2
In medium bowl, whisk together Krusteaz Heart Healthy Buttermilk Pancake Mix and water until blended. (Batter will be lumpy.) Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto prepared griddle.
STEP 3
Cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes. Before flipping pancakes, top with 2 tablespoons granola. Carefully flip pancakes and continue to cook 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 minutes.
