Peach Cobbler Bars

STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease an 8x8x2-inch square inch pan.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, and egg until blended.
STEP 3
Press 1/2 of dough into bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar topping onto dough. Arrange sliced peaches evenly over dough. Sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar over peaches. Crumble small pieces of remaining dough onto peaches to create a crumb topping. Top with remaining cinnamon sugar.
STEP 4
Bake 30 minutes or golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.
STEP 5
Combine all glaze ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Drizzle over cooled bars.
STEP 6
Serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel if you would like.
