Stuffed Protein Pancake

STEP 1
Drop 2 teaspoons nut butter at a time on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread into disks with a spoon; freeze 1 hour.

Preheat greased griddle or pan to 375°F (medium-high).

Mix pancake mix and water. Let sit 2 minutes.
