3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) Butter, softened
3 cups Powdered sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
2-3 tablespoons Cream or milk
STEP 1

In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter on medium speed until it's smooth and creamy.

Continue to beat while gradually adding powdered sugar.

STEP 3

Scrape the bowl and paddle, then add the vanilla.

STEP 4

Gradually beat in the cream or milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached. Continue beating until the mixture is light and fluffy.
